Client Description:
For our client in Leuven, specialized in medical technologies, we are looking for a warehouse and shipping employee.
Job Description:You will be responsible for processing, shipping and checking packing lists, as well as storing goods. You will inspect manufactured, repaired and purchased medical electronic equipment. Inventory management, and reporting, are also a task on your list!
Your job will be 50% physical task in the warehouse and 50% administrative follow-up:
- You are responsible for checking, shipping and receiving spare parts and equipment
- You report accurately in ERP
- Drawing up service reports in English
- Communicating with subsidiaries and customer care about deliveries
- You are responsible for the quality control of manufactured and repaired equipment
- Performing quality tests for customers
Candidate Profile:- You have a Master’s degree
- You can handle a reach truck (with certificate)
- You have a good knowledge of MS OFFICE
- You can work and report in ERP packages. SAP has no secrets for you!
- Administrative skills and working accurately are daily tasks for you.
- Quality comes first for you
- You are not afraid to take initiative
- You are very service and customer oriented
- You have an excellent knowledge of English and/or Dutch? Furthermore you will need a good knowledge of English to complete documents and to follow English processes.
