For our client, an international company located at Diegem, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist, for a temp project untill end of August 2022!
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are part of the order management team! Your job will include:
- order processing and order management in SAP and Siebel
- updating and approving customer accounts: creation, extension... of accounts
- supporting the teams responsible for disputed invoices
- input of pricing & commercial details, quantities, sales & deliveries...
- tracking orders placed with suppliers, follow-up on orders and order management, follow up on delivery times at warehouses and following up on deliveries at clients directly, providing an excellent customer service while doing so
- generating invoices and cancel invoices in case of returned goods
- working closely with sales teams & purchasing departments and providing reports when necessary
Candidate Profile:
Who are you?
- Are you fluent in English? Every other language is an asset (Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese...)!
- Do you have a minimum experience of 3years in a similar Customer Service role?
- Did you attain a university degree?
- Do you have a strong ERP-knowledge, preferably with SAP and/or Siebel?
- Are you customer oriented with excellent communication skills and are you able to deal with a large internation client base?
- Are you eager to learn in a changing and fast-growing environment?
- Do you have strong organizational skills?
- Are you available for a temporary project, untill end of August 2022?
