Client Description:
ithin the HR Department, you will be part of the Job Accelerator team responsible for all Job2Job related activities including Redeployment, Reboarding, Job Accelerator, Offboarding, 55+ and sustainable employability.
As Data management & Reporting Officer Job2Job, you will take care of all data management & reporting activities supporting a smooth and respectful redeployment, reboarding, job accelerator and offboarding for all employees in scope. You have an important role in the group and will be of key importance at each stage of the process.
The team exists of a manager, career coaches & project managers, a support officer Job2Job and a data & reporting officer and will be temporary reinforced in case of new redeployment waves with a wave captain and additional support officer(s) if needed.
Job Description:
- define the content of the redeployment & job accelerator reporting, and validate it with various stakeholders;
- generate and control the reporting on the right frequency, respecting what has been defined with stakeholders;
- generate communication towards stakeholders, based on the reporting;
- ensure data quality and on time communication of the right data towards the various stakeholders (business, mass team, people services ….)
- ensure follow-up of remaining actions of previous redeployment waves including stakeholder management with business
- analyze the report content and assess the consistency and logic of the results;
- answers questions on the reporting and give clarification on the results;
- give support to the Redeployment matching process in order to prepare and generate reporting for the Executive Committee.
- act as alternate of the Support Officer : perform all activities in case of absence or high workload
- solve issues and improve data management & reporting processes and results
- train temporary colleagues

As a Datamanagement & Reporting Officer you have as well :
- a master degree or equivalent through experience;
- an excellent knowledge and a strong experience in data management;
- an excellent knowledge of Excel, able to create makros and to program. Good knowledge of Access.
- a good knowledge and experience of Office 2010 tools;
- an ability to use and understand digital tools eg SNOW, Employability app, …
- an excellent written and oral knowledge of Dutch/French and English.
