For our customer, leader in access systems, we are looking for a Key account manager (H/F/X) for a permanent contract.
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager who will be responsible for Belgium & Luxembourg. Your success in the role will ultimately be measured by the loyalty of the customers you are accountable for, by maximizing revenue through the entire customer life cycle with the objective of establishing the company as the dominant force in the industry.
You work within a driven and professional team ; each responsible for its own customer portfolio. In this position you will report directly to the National Sales Manager KAM and supported by a local support team
Candidate Profile:A proactive service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. Hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate.
We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen. You enjoy networking and continuously expanding your knowledge of the sector you work in and are always looking for opportunities to grow.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of digital solutions and smart building solutions, someone who can inspire people to find solutions for their opportunities of which they were not even aware off.
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. German is a big plus. The candidate we are looking for as a bachelor's or master's degree.
