Administrative Service Coordinator (m/v/x)
Job Description:
Your main responsibility is to ensure all technicians in the BNL organization are trained and educated up to the required level and within budget. Next to that, you make sure that all service processes regarding PR’s and payments are being followed.
Responsabilities:
Introduction training:
• Create and maintain a 12 months rolling trainings plan
o Specify the necessary training to fulfill the minimum required trainings
o Specify the trainings which are meant to improve skill
• Alert managers on expiry date of certificates and plan new trainings accordingly.
• On request create reports/overviews of current training activities and planning
• Continuous improvement on cost, travel and indirect time of service technicians
Operational training support
• Provide customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for all internal and external training requests and inquiries;
• Coordinates on-site and off-site trainings
• Provide additional day-to-day support as needed for employee training, development and education.
• Support all aspects of day-to-day facility operation, including payment of monthly bills.
• Track and monitor vendor invoices and expenses.
• Executes plans for cutting down training costs
• Set up training programs for new employees
Administration
• Serves as the registrar for all technical and safety training, keeping up-to-date course schedules, participant lists, and related logistics
• Registration and communication on (electrical) work assignments
• Registration and communication on turbine keys
• Registration and administration of the working clothes
• Creation of vendors in the system
Financial
• Budgets the yearly business needs regarding training
• Creates PR for the Service department
• First point of contact for vendors for invoices and payments
• Keeps market knowledge regarding training up-to-date
• Finds solutions for cutting down training costs
Reporting
• Has an up-to-date overview of all performed and planned trainings and is able to deliver this upon request.
• Keeps the training budgets up-to-date
Candidate Profile:
You have a Bachelor degree and you are experienced in:
• Project management skills (PRINCE II, IPMA or equal)
• Proven skills and experience of the MS office package
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP-systems
• Knowledge of organization processes and systems
• Proficient in Dutch and English in word and writing
